Raymond Realty has recorded a sharp rise in property sales, with pre-sales reaching ₹902 crore in the second quarter of FY27, representing a 98% increase from the same period last year. The result is notable because the developer launched no new projects during the quarter.
Instead, the growth came from continued sales across its existing Address by GS residential portfolio, alongside stable property prices and sustained buyer interest. Customer collections also climbed 67% year-on-year to ₹682 crore, providing another indication of continued activity across its projects.
The performance becomes even more significant when viewed across the first half of the financial year. Raymond Realty recorded ₹1,602 crore in pre-sales, up 111% from ₹760 crore a year earlier.
The developer is now preparing for a busier second half, with two planned projects in Mumbai’s Mahim area carrying a combined gross development value of more than ₹4,100 crore. The company also recently received an occupation certificate for a 270-unit tower at Address by GS Season 1 in Thane, ahead of its scheduled RERA completion date.
For the wider property market, Raymond Realty’s performance offers an interesting signal: buyers are continuing to commit to residential developments even without a constant stream of new launches. The coming quarters will show whether this demand can be sustained as the developer brings its larger project pipeline to market.
